We are delighted to announce to the industry that the Zanzibar 1st Licensing Round is now officially open! 

The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar and Ministry of Blue Economy and Fisheries has this day on the 20th March, successfully launched Zanzibar’s 1st Licensing Round, which invites bids for 8 blocks totalling 31,883 km².

His Excellency, the President of Zanzibar and the Chairman of Revolutionary Council, Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, officially opened the Licensing Round with Honourable Shaaban Ali Othman, Minister for Blue Economy and Fisheries and Zanzibar’s notable dignitaries and over 400 delegates in attendance.
