CB&I Strengthens Africa Energy Presence Following Petrofac Asset Solutions Acquisition

Last month, CB&I announced the acquisition of Petrofac Asset Solutions - owner of an established track record in West Africa’s energy industry.

Experts in storage infrastructure, asset management and lifecycle solutions, the acquisition is set to further strengthen those capabilities, whilst facilitating CB&I’s international growth strategy, as it continues to support the safe, reliable and efficient development of energy projects worldwide.
