APA Corporation Joins Africa Energies Summit as Bronze Sponsor

APA Corporation, the largest oil producer and acreage holder in Egypt, has joined the illustrious list of confirmed Sponsors for the Africa Energies Summit as a Bronze Sponsor. The continued support of Sponsors like APA Corporation enables Frontier to further build the platform and community we have created to drive oil & gas investment into Africa from around the world.

The APA Corp. team will share insight into their portfolio; highlighting their significant exploration and production in Egypt. Apache has interests in the Western Desert that include impactful exploration targets in both new and legacy acreage.

At year-end 2022, the company held 5.3 million gross acres in six separate concessions. Approximately 68% of the company’s gross acreage in Egypt is undeveloped, providing considerable exploration and development opportunities for the future. The operations in Egypt, including a one-third noncontrolling interest, contributed 37% of 2022 production and 21% of year-end estimated proved reserves.

Gayle Meikle comments;
